Feeding Bunny
Feed lettered carrots to a bunny to practice ABCs while building empathy, pretend play, and early social skills.
Materials
- Shoebox
- Tape
- Tissue paper (optional)
- Feeding Bunny Handout (below)
- Scissors
- A laminator (recommended)
Instructions
- Prepare the bunny and carrot pieces.
- Show your toddler how to feed a carrot to the bunny.
- Have your toddler choose a carrot.
- Ask your toddler to name the letter on the carrot.
- Have your toddler feed the carrot to the bunny.
Tips
Encourage your toddler to talk to the bunny while feeding it to build connection and imaginative play.
