White and black construction paper, black pipe cleaners, and a hole punch
Cut out large white circles and smaller black circles for eyes. Wrap a strip of construction paper around your toddler’s head and staple it to fit comfortably. Glue the black circles onto the white circles, then attach them to the headband. Poke two holes on either side and thread pipe cleaners through as antennae.
