Bug Hat
Create a silly bug hat with your toddler using paper eyes and pipe cleaner antennae.
Materials
- White construction paper
- Black construction paper
- Construction paper for headband
- Black pipe cleaners
- A hole punch
- Glue
- Stapler
Instructions
- Cut out large white circles and smaller black circles for eyes.
- Wrap a strip of construction paper around your toddler’s head and staple it to fit comfortably.
- Glue the black circles onto the white circles, then attach them to the headband.
- Poke two holes on either side and thread pipe cleaners through as antennae.
Tips
Help your toddler position the headband first, then add each piece one at a time to build the bug face.
