Colorful Turkey
Layer tissue paper and shapes to help your toddler craft a bright and festive turkey while building fine motor skills.
Materials
- Small paper plate
- Tissue paper
- Glue
- Googly eyes (instead of “fake eyes”)
- Red construction paper
- Brown construction paper
- Orange construction paper
Instructions
- Cut out the face, feet, beak, and wattle from construction paper.
- Have your toddler glue tissue paper onto the paper plate.
- Glue on the face pieces and googly eyes.
Tips
Encourage your toddler to press each piece of tissue paper down as they build the turkey.
