Contact paper, black and orange paper, orange tissue paper, and scissors
Cut a black frame, tree, pumpkins, grass, and an orange moon from construction paper. Cut contact paper to match the frame and attach it behind the frame. Place the shapes on the sticky side, then let your toddler crumple and stick tissue paper pieces around the scene. Hang it on the window for display!
