ABC Flower Matching
Match alphabet letters to flower centers in a hands-on activity that builds early literacy and problem-solving skills.
Materials
- A long sheet of paper
- Yellow construction paper
- Markers
- Tape
- Scissors
- Something circular for tracing
Instructions
- Draw flower shapes on paper and write a letter in each center.
- Cut out matching circles and write the same letters on them.
- Show your toddler how to match the letters.
- Have your toddler place each matching circle onto the flower.
Tips
If 26 letters is too overwhelming, use fewer by folding the large paper in half.
